We have pre negotiated teaming agreements with qualified Alaska Native and Village Corporations, to assist federal agencies in sole-sourcing procurements without regard to monetary thresholds. Typically, there are limits of $3 million for service contracts and $5 million for manufacturing procurements, however, an exception to these limits exists for Alaska Native Corporations which allow federal agencies to negotiate unlimited sole-source 8(a) contracts.
